There is no direct flight or train route to reach Baramula and so people need to take some alternative routes to reach this place.
If you are planning to reach Baramula then you have to take flight till Srinagar Airport (45 Km) or to Satwari Airport (175 Km). However, it is always a better option to reach Baramula from Srinagar airport in short time.
The closest rail halts to Baramula is Udhampur and Ram Nagar, which are approximately 161 Km and 169 Km away from the Valley of Flowers. From here you can take bus or cab to reach your planned destination.
However, the bus service in this place is quite good and the tourists can get buses for Baramula from any location of Jammu and Kashmir. Baramula has a distinct bus stoppage.
